The On/Off Button
The On/Off button on the breast pump is used to regulate the speed of the pump, whether it is fast or slow. It is also used to switch between the two electric breast pump suction settings (flowing and deep). The ele ctric breast pump mode button is easy to operate because it does not require you to actually press it. The design of the button makes it similar to a light bulb, so you will quickly learn to use it. If you press the mode button for the breast pump , the pump will start in flow mode. You can then press the On/Off button to start or stop the flow mode. The electric breast pump expression button is the same as the On/Off button, except it has three taps. Just like the On/Off button, you can either use the three taps to turn the pump on or stop it from flowing. If you are using a standard breast pump , the mode button is located right under the pump itself. You should never attempt to press the expression button for a pumping breast pump .
